LCD Soundsystem, A Tribe Called Quest and Solange will headline the Pitchfork Music Festival this summer in Union Park.
LCD Soundsytem, which is working on its first studio album since 2010, will kick off Pitchfork on July 14, the festival announced Monday. The electro-rock band played a headlining gig last summer at Lollapalooza after announcing its reunion after a five-year hiatus.
Another recently reunited group, A Tribe Called Quest, is coming off its acclaimed comeback album, “We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service,” its first in 18 years. The hip-hop innovators will headline July 15.
