They were in an area near the island.
All are males, of Moroccan origin, with the exception of one that is Spanish, and, among them, there could be a minor – oseometric evidence will be carried out.
The boat of Maritime Salvage “Salvamar Gieah” moved to Alborán after having knowledge by members of the detachment of the Navy on the island of Alboran that four people had managed to reach a swim after which, supposedly, their boat would have shipped in
nearby.
The four, three of them Moroccans and a Spanish, were taken care of at the detachment until Maritime Salvage arrived to move them to the Motryman Puerto.
On the journey, already about 22 miles south of Motril, they located a boat of about three meters in length that was occupied by 15 people.
The 19 have come after 2 hours of this Wednesday to the port of Motril and, as confirmed Red Cross to EFE, all are in good condition and none of them has requested any special attention.
