The City reminds visitors that motorhomes, motorhomes and other vehicles converted into mobile homes are not allowed to park on streets open to traffic from April 1 through October 30.
This ban also affects parking lots and car parks along all roads that serve the lakefront.
These routes serve the following: Chemins de la Roseliere and Memard; des Bateliers and des Biatres; avenues du Grand et Petit Port (section between boulevard Garibaldi et boulevard Barrier); boulevards Robert-Barrier and du Port aux Filles; Helene-Boucher et Jean-Charcot; rue des Cygnes; rue Jacques-Cartier and rue des Goeland; along with the Sierroz promenade; and the lakeside walk and the Lakeside. A notice from the town hall states that accommodation can be parked at the Alp’Aix service, parking area and Sierroz campsite.
