Kuhfelde (dpa/sa) – A 17-year-old driver without a driver’s license lost control of a car in the Altmark that he was driving. In the early morning of the second day of Christmas he was on the federal road 248 near Kuhfelde, drove into the ditch and against a tree, as the police announced on Monday. The driver and two other passengers were injured and taken to a hospital. According to the police, a breath alcohol test on the 17-year-old showed a value of 0.62 per mille. He now faces charges of driving without a license, negligent bodily harm and driving under the influence of alcohol.
