Magdeburg (dpa/sa) – About 15 people have shown the Hitler salute several times at Hasselbachplatz in Magdeburg’s old town and shouted “Sieg Heil”. According to the police, it was men and women between the ages of 16 and 44. When several police officers surrounded them to check, two drunks from the group became verbally aggressive towards the police officers. The 41-year-old and the 44-year-old are said to have physically approached the officials despite repeated requests to distance themselves. The group was sent off. Now investigations are being carried out into the use of license plates from unconstitutional organizations and into resisting law enforcement officials.
