Magdeburg (dpa/sa) – The State Prevention Council of Saxony-Anhalt has awarded a prize for projects and initiatives to prevent violence. “Any form of violence leaves physical and mental scars on those affected,” said Interior Secretary Klaus Zimmermann on Tuesday. The tender includes not only physical but also psychological and digital violence. According to the Ministry of the Interior, first place should be worth 3,500 euros.
According to the Ministry of the Interior, the Saxony-Anhalt State Prevention Council has been pursuing the goal of promoting and further developing crime prevention in the state and in the municipalities as a whole for 20 years.
