Dresden (dpa / sn) – An apartment fire in a Dresden prefabricated building went out lightly for the tenants on Saturday night. They were able to get to safety in time, the fire department said. When the comrades arrived, flames and thick smoke were already coming out of a window. That’s why the alarm level was raised and more firefighters requested, it said. Two teams wearing breathing apparatus brought the fire under control and it was prevented from spreading to other apartments. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. The fire brigade was on duty with 40 people.
