Dresden (dpa / sn) – The public prosecutor’s office has brought charges against the bosses of two construction companies from the Dresden region for bankruptcy and delay in bankruptcy. The 62 and 70-year-old men are said to have known that two companies they managed were insolvent. However, they only filed the necessary bankruptcy applications much later, as the Dresden public prosecutor announced on Friday. In addition, they did not prepare balance sheets in a timely manner. The 70-year-old has a relevant criminal record, the 62-year-old does not. Both have essentially denied the allegations. It is still unclear when the trial before the Dresden district court will begin.
