Elsterberg (dpa/sn) – A driver died near Elsterberg (Vogtlandkreis) on Monday after crashing his car into a power pole and a tree. The 80-year-old was previously on the federal highway 92 in the direction of Syrau and came off the road in a left turn for unknown reasons, the police said. The man died at the scene of the accident.
