Meissen (dpa / sn) – A 63-year-old man racially insulted elementary school students in Meissen and threatened them with a cane. As the police announced on Thursday, the man made an intoxicated impression in the incident on Wednesday morning. The 63-year-old could still be found on site. A complaint was filed against the man.
