Pirna (dpa / sn) – A motorcyclist fled from a traffic check in Saxon Switzerland. The man raced through towns at up to 160 km/h on Saturday, the police said on Sunday. Finally, he hid the motorcycle on a forest path in Uttewalde and fled on foot. The police used a tracking dog and a helicopter. The 43-year-old was then placed in Lohmen. The man did not have a driver’s license, was under the influence of drugs, according to the police, and the uninsured motorcycle had false license plates.
