Saxony: Rain with local thunderstorms expected

Dresden (dpa/sn) – After a cheerful start to the day, people in Saxony have to prepare for a change in the weather on Thursday. In the afternoon, more and more clouds are expected to appear and there will be isolated showers, the German Weather Service said. Accordingly, heavy rain and individual thunderstorms must be expected, especially in Upper Lusatia and in the Eastern Ore Mountains. The temperatures are between 27 and 29 degrees. In the night to Friday the probability of thunderstorms decreases and the clouds gradually dissolve at temperatures between 18 and 14 degrees.
