A man was penalized by the Civil Guard of Traffic when he was driving on a highway in the province of Ávila, while they performed fellatio, a fine that reflects the details of the facts for which six points are removed from his driving license and the payment of 500 euros is established, sources from the armed institute have confirmed to Efe.
The event occurred on the CL-501 highway at the height of La Adrada, at kilometer 12, at 10:21 a.m., in an increasing sense, on August 17, although the sanction did not acquire prominence until this Saturday, when the details described in the fine have gone viral on social media.
The agent who filed the offense detailed the case in the “reported fact” section, which determines how to “drive recklessly”, and specified that the driver was with his underwear down and his companion in the passenger seat with his head between the legs of the alleged offender.
When ordering his arrest, he did not stop in the indicated place, doing so a few meters later without respecting the orders of the agents and, when they approached the driver, he was pulling up his clothes, the sanction note notes.
As it is a complaint for reckless driving, as the Civil Guard has stated to Efe, the agents must describe the situation that is causing this action and will investigate how the information has spread through social networks to be able to violate the honor of the couple.
The complaint alludes to article 3 of the General Traffic Regulations, which points to driving “with diligence and the necessary precaution to avoid all kinds of damage to oneself or others.”
