Members of the Civil Guard have arrested a minor under the age of 15 as the alleged perpetrator of a sexual assault on another 13-year-old girl in the Zaragoza town of Gallur.

The detainee was placed at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, which is investigating whether he was supplied with any type of substance, and was later left in the custody of his parents, although a restraining order has been requested.

As published this Thursday by Heraldo de Aragón, the events occurred on the night of June 24, the date on which, taking advantage of the fact that his mother was not there, the investigated man invited the victim and another friend to go up to his house. A few minutes later, the friend left the home saying that she would return later, although she did not.

After midnight, several passers-by found the minor lying on the street and when they took her home she did not react to any stimulus, since she had lost consciousness.

For this reason, given her condition, she was transferred to the Gallur health center and, after an initial examination, the doctors considered it necessary to take her to the Zaragoza Clinical Hospital in a mobile ICU.

Once in the emergency room of the aforementioned center, the protocol for alleged sexual assault was activated, she was examined by specialists and a member of the Judicial Police team of the Civil Guard Command in Zaragoza, as well as the forensic guard.

The adolescent was discharged that same day, but her recovery was slow and, at first, when asked about what had happened, she said she did not remember anything and began to cry.

After a while, she ended up saying that a boy from her high school had sexually assaulted her and, according to her story, he did it after he forced her to drink a mix of tequila, gin and vodka.

Before the Civil Guard, she stated that she drank the contents of the glass as best she could to leave the apartment as soon as possible and return to her friends.

But, according to Heraldo, it seems that the investigated man grabbed her arm to prevent her from leaving and, when the drink began to take effect, he allegedly took the opportunity to start kissing her and groping her all over her body without her consent, above and below her head. clothes.

Due to his condition, the complainant does not remember everything, but he did repeat to her: “Don’t tell anything about this.”
