Four new celebrities landed in Pasapalabra from August 23 to 25 to help the contestants and to add good humor to the successful Antena 3 program. This is the group made up of Beatriz Rico, Ivonne Reyes, Carlos Marco and Daniel Huarte. Let’s get to know this latest guest better.
Daniel Huarte was born in Madrid 45 years ago. His life seemed directed towards the law, fulfilling his family’s tradition of lawyers. However, the young Huarte decided to deviate from the course set at home to train as an actor.
His time at the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático earned him the chance to take part in the casting tests for the mythical series Al salir de clase. He achieved an important role with which he would achieve fame right off the bat.
When leaving class it was a huge phenomenon in which Daniel Huarte played David, the bad guy from the beginning and one of the ones that lasted the most chapters in the series -almost 700-. His character was that of a brat who always appeared slick and always debated with himself between being bad, very bad, or good, very good.
The actor was in the series from its premiere in 1997 until 2002. During that time he had time to debut in the cinema with the film En la puta calle, by Ramón Barea (1997) and in the world of music with the group Dublin 50 .
Despite the fact that he continued working on television, with appearances in series such as La verdad de Laura, Hospital Central or Amar es para siempre, and despite getting a role in the cinema, he ended up focusing his career on the theater.
He made his debut on stage shortly after leaving Al salir de clase with the play Chaos (2002), where he coincided with other actors from the series. Filomena Marturano (2006/2007), Life is a Dream (2008/2009) or Angelina or the Honor of a Brigadier (2009) were some of the works in which she participated.
The truth is that he has never stopped making movies, television and theater, as shown by his most recent works: he has played José María Íñigo in the biopic series Bosé (2022); He has been part of the cast of the film El crack cero (2019), directed by José Luis Garci and has participated in the musical Kinky Boots (2021/2022).
