The summer season of Pasapalabra continues its course. The two contestants are still trying to win the pot of the final test of El Rosco. As usual, four celebrities go to the Antena 3 set for a few days with the aim of adding seconds in the contestants’ lockers. On this occasion, one of the new guests is Marta Valverde.

Marta Valverde was born in Valladolid 60 years ago and from an early age her path led to the world of entertainment. Not surprisingly, she is the daughter of actor and singer Lorenzo Valverde and Loreto’s older sister, who also made a career as an interpreter.

Marta made her debut when she was still very young with Jane, my little savage, a 1982 film directed by Eligio Herrero. And she achieved success during the 80s and 90s with films like Four Women and a Trouble, We Are Almost All of the Treasury, or La noche del executor.

He was also seen on television, thanks to his first steps in the series El sexólogo, by Mariano Ozores, and his participation in Survivor: Lost in the Caribbean in 2006.

But it has been in the theater where the eldest of the Valverde overturned her career as a musical actress. So much so that in 2009 she won the National Theater Award for her role in Mamma Mia. Marta has been part of the cast of hits such as Chicago, the musical; Sex in New York; Annie or The Call.

His musical facet is completed with the two albums recorded with his sister Loreto (Caramelo and Angelo).
