In a correctional facility in Frankfurt-Preungesheim, there was a fire early Monday morning. The fire broke out about four o’clock in a cell, said a spokesman for the fire Department. Several prisoners had been rescued from the building.
According to the fire Department the occupant of the cell was injured and had to be taken to the hospital. Two prison officers were treated with suspicion on the flue gas poisoning.
