Mediterranean Gin by Léoube The Provençal vineyard nestled in the heart of Cap-Bénat (Var) is launching its own way into juniper eau-de-vie by promoting the olive pomace obtained during oil extractions from the estate’s olive trees. and wine alcohol from the distillation of the marc of the estate’s grapes. Each plant extract is then distilled separately with grape alcohol and the blends are made by the Léoube oenologist. A complex gin with Provençal flavors, a beautiful work. 50 €

Mirabeau Dry Rose GinJeany and Stephen Cronk, a young German-British couple founded Maison Mirabeau in 2010, in the Massif des Maures. Specializing in rosés from Provence, it is diversifying with this juniper eau-de-vie which retains the pale pink color of their wines. Typical regional fruits and plants (Menton lemon, Drôme lavender) are added to botanicals from all over the world to compose this gin with a taste of the South. €40.

Citadelle Jardin d’étéNow produced in Ars (Charente) in a brand new distillery, Citadelle gin is available in several versions, including limited versions. This Summer Garden belongs to the permanent range. Its particularity: the lemons that go into its composition are fully processed, including the flesh, juice and skin. They are then cold distilled like Charentais melons. A floral and fruity juniper eau-de-vie. 29 €

The Acrobat
Produced in small batches with a process that its designers, Les Bienheureux, claim to be “secret”, this Acrobate contains 100% Ecocert certified ingredients. Including spirulina, an algae with medicinal properties, very popular today. On the palate, this gin reveals notes of exotic fruits punctuated by iodized touches. €29.90

Anaë
Created by Pauline Raffaitin, from the Bollinger house, and Dominique Touteau, cellar master of Delamain cognacs, this gin plays the organic card thoroughly. All of its botanicals (chamomile, coriander seeds, lemon thyme, etc.) are Ecocert certified. On the palate, the creamy eau-de-vie shows a perfect balance between citrus fruits and spices, before finishing with minty touches. 45 €

Gin Anne-Sophie PicThe three-star chef and Paz Levison, her sommelier, created this gin in association with Miko Abouaf, the founder of the “haute couture” spirits brand Audemus Spirits. Anne-Sophie Pic came with ingredients dear to her kitchen: overripe citrus fruits (citron and Meyer lemon), passion berry from Ethiopia, cubeb pepper from Indonesia and smoked black tea from Japan. Dry Gin XII
A production signed by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, the famous spirits house of Forcalquier (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence). Its name indicates the number of botanicals used in its preparation. Some are typically Provençal, such as maniguette, basil and rosemary, all picked from the surrounding scrubland. A 100% distilled Dry Gin (therefore without infusion) which shows a beautiful freshness with its citrus aromas. 30 €
