In its particular crossed against the infrafinancing of the Valencian Community, the Government of Ximo Puig decided to include in every budget of the Generalitat a fictitious game of 1,325 million euros.
Unreal income that, however, will reappear in the 2022 accounts as confirmed to the world the Hacienda Conseller, Vicent Soler.
And this despite the fact that the Generalitat closed 2020 beating a historical record as the 50,000 million euros of public debt for the first time.
The PP now accountable to the Socialist president to generate by this path of “deception” almost 11,000 million euros.
“Puig’s deceptions in accounts suppose 11,000 million euros more than debt for Valencians,” according to the PP economy spokesman in Valencian courts, Rubén Ibáñez.
“To cover your lack of leadership and its submission to the Government of Sánchez, the only thing that occurs is to make up the accounts and put a fictitious game that has never received the Valencian community. In front of that, the hole that makes Puig every year
It has generated an accumulated debt that amounts to 11,000 million euros since Puig is president. ”
In fact, the inclusion every year of 1,325 million euros as a revenue in the budgets of the Generalitat does not cease to be a totally unreal forecast because it is never met, because it is the money that is estimated to perceive the Valencian Community
With a model of autonomic financing that approaches it to the Spanish average of per capita financing.
Said with other words, they are 1,325 million that the Generalitat puts on the role he will receive via state transfers but he knows that they will never arrive.
At least, not as long as it does not change an expired model that has stuck years in the Ministry of Finance.
Hence, in statements to this newspaper, Soler considers the inclusion of the fictitious heading in the accounts as “heterodox from a financial point of view, but legitimate from the political point of view.”
The Supplicator Body itself of the Generalitat, the account union, has already warned the Consell that “it has to include in its initial budgets of transfers to receive from the State, derived from the autonomic financing system, only the income forecasts that in a manner
reasonable is expected to be obtained. ”
Because the counterpart is that with this formula, a debt continues to be thicker that, according to the Bank of Spain, brushed at the end of 2020 of 49% of regional GDP, the highest number of all communities.
Since the Valencian Government, it is insisted that a good part of the debt must be attributed to the problem of infrafinancing, so it has been asked to the Ministry of Finance a mechanism that compensates the historical debt linked to infrafinancing.
For the PP, however, the exorbitant growth of debt is due to the “nefarious economic management of President Puig”.
According to Ibáñez, “this is the dismissal of 3,000 sanitary guards, closed offices, healing lists and free dependence, unpaid scholarships, 19,000 students in barracks …”.
