Urbach (dpa/th) – Because of a forest fire, the access roads to the municipality of Urbach in the district of Nordhausen were closed on Wednesday. Around 3,000 square meters of forest near the village are on fire, the police said. A police helicopter assisted firefighters in putting out the fire. Details were not yet available in the afternoon.
