Mühlhausen (dpa/th) – A seven-year-old was hit by a car at a bus stop in Mühlhausen and injured. The boy “unexpectedly” ran onto the road on Tuesday afternoon, the police said on Wednesday. A 31-year-old driver saw him but was unable to brake in time. The boy suffered head and leg injuries in the collision with the car. He and his mother were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
