Erfurt/Gera/Sonneberg (dpa/th) – The number of finds in Thuringian lost property offices was also high last year. Keys, wallets and personal items such as scarves, hats or umbrellas were handed in particularly often, according to a survey by the German Press Agency among local authorities. The most unusual finds included an electric wheelchair in Erfurt, a bag of burglary tools and an airsoft gun in Gera. In Sonneberg, among other things, a set of teeth was lost and taken back by the owner. Lost hearing aids, a wedding ring and an Advent wreath were handed in in Jena.
