Stadtroda (dpa/th) – After an unusual find in her mailbox, a 45-year-old woman from Stadtroda (Saale-Holzland district) alerted the police. She was sure that she had discovered a revolver there on Wednesday afternoon, as the Jena State Police Inspectorate announced on Thursday. The police officers were able to calm the woman down. The alleged weapon was a revolver-shaped lighter, which was later seized by the police.
