Mühlhausen (dpa/th) – In a parking lot in Mühlhausen (Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis), a seven-year-old did laps on a quad alone on Thursday evening. A witness called the police, they said on Friday. When officers arrived at the parking lot, they found that the quad had neither a valid license plate nor insurance. They were able to track down the boy’s father, who was also the owner of the quad.
