This morning an air alert has been activated throughout the territory of Ukraine, which may be related to the launch of Russian missiles or the drone attack, according to local media reports.
Although initially the alert has been activated in several regions, after 2:30 local time (0:30 GMT) a general air alert was announced throughout the country, according to what the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform has published.
“According to preliminary data, the air alert may be related to the launch of drones and kamikaze missiles from Russian territory,” according to this outlet.
The head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, has asked via Telegram that the alarm should not be ignored under any circumstances.
