An 82-year-old woman died in a bicycle accident in Winsen in the Harburg district. She fell – without the participation of other drivers or pedestrians, said a police spokesman on Friday. The woman injured her head so badly that she was flown to a hospital in Hamburg by helicopter. There she died a day later – on Tuesday – from her injuries.
