The bottom line is that the common currency has changed little compared to the previous evening. In the afternoon, the euro was quoted at 1.0191 US dollars. The European Central Bank (ECB) set the reference rate at 1.0199 dollars and thus at the level of Wednesday. The dollar thus cost 0.9805 euros.
