Come summer, two nature baths are looking for takers under the Mediterranean sun. In Marseille, between Périer and Roucas-Blanc, the Michaël Zingraf group is selling a peaceful Bauhaus-inspired villa for 2.550 million euros, delivered in 2018 by the architect Gérard Martens: 325 square meters of living space, a checkerboard of bay windows , six bedrooms with a view of the umbrella pines reflected in a vast infinity pool. Another dream holiday resort, this set of two neo-bergeries with tiled roofs that Barnes is offering at 5 million euros overlooking the Corsican beaches of Palombaggia, towards Porto-Vecchio. His arguments ? A swimming pool (with jacuzzi and pool house) drowned in the middle of olive trees and 4,000 square meters of terraced maquis. And, there again, six bedrooms, open onto the turquoise or navy blue waves, and Sardinia.
