According to ViaVoice and Franceinfo, two-thirds (67%) of French employees believe that the human connection that existed in the past between people working together has been rapidly degrading.
This barometer shows both the successes and the challenges in social life at work. Employees love hybrid work. 77% say it is easy to manage, while 76% want it to be permanent.
The institute via Voice however observes a “fracture in the social body” of the company: more than 25% of those questioned (27%) felt a loss in their human connection, while more than a third (36%) felt a decrease in their attachment to their institution or company.
The fracture hides the perception of a decline in working conditions for 25% of employees (24%) One in ten employees thinks that the conditions have improved. Six in ten do not believe there has been any improvement.
Nearly half of employees who were questioned in the barometer felt this way and demanded more recognition as well as more confidence (29%).
*ViaVoice’s work life survey was conducted online by Mutuelle Familiale and BloomTime, and a representative sample of 1,000 French citizens aged 18 or older.
