Paddy McGuinness, a familiar voice on Radio 2, is gearing up for an incredible challenge in support of BBC Children in Need. He will be embarking on an Ultra Endurance Cycle Challenge that will see him cycling from Wales to Scotland, passing through eight counties along the way. Paddy will be pushing himself to the limit on a specially modified Raleigh Chopper bike to raise funds for the charity.
The challenge will kick off on Monday 11 November during the Breakfast Show and will culminate on Friday 15th November in Glasgow. Paddy will be stopping at various towns and villages to meet Radio 2 listeners and gather support for his journey. The funds raised will go a long way in helping BBC Children in Need support children across the UK who are facing significant challenges.

The Walt Disney Company has also made a generous donation of £50,000 to the charity.
