Chuck Lorre (69), producer of “The Big Bang Theory” and “Two and a Half Men”, has separated from his wife Arielle after almost four years of marriage. The two confirmed this in a joint statement, which is available among other things “Variety”.
“We have decided, with mutual consideration and respect, to part ways,” it said. They would move on in different directions “but with great love, admiration and gratitude for the time we have shared together”. The ex-couple also asked for privacy.
As “TMZ” reports, Lorre has allegedly already filed for divorce. The corresponding documents should be available for the online magazine. The reason given was irreconcilable differences. Chuck and Arielle Lorre tied the knot in September 2018. Lorre was married to Paula Smith from 1979 to 1992, followed by a marriage to actress Karen Witter (60) from 2001 to 2010. He has two children together with Smith.
