A 25-year-old firebug was arrested when he walked into a NYPD police station in Queens carrying a lighter and lighter fluid – and threatened to burn the place down, police sources said Monday.
James Wang had a lighter in one hand and was carrying a plastic bag with lighter fluid in it when he was stopped inside the 109th Police Precinct Station House around 8 a.m. Sunday, the sources said.
Wang told cops he wanted to burn down their building, the sources said.
He was charged with attempted arson in the second degree.
