The judgment of the Hamburg regional court against a former SS guard in the concentration camp Stutthof is final. For three of the co-plaintiff and for the defendant’s appeal and the Revision had been withdrawn, informed the court on Monday.
A youth Board met at the district court had the 93-year-old defendant on 23. July because of aid to murder in 5232 cases, and for aiding and abetting an attempted murder to a youth sentence of two years probation convicted.
The process took place according to the juvenile law, because the man was at the beginning of the time of the crime in 1944, only 17 years old. The prosecution had asked for a youth sentence of three years in prison, the defense of an acquittal is required.
