Tribute. On July 8, 1943, Jean Moulin died, killed by the Nazis in Metz, in the Moselle then annexed by the Germans. The Lorraine metropolis pays tribute to the resistant for the 80 years of his disappearance. A celebration, with an inauguration of a statue of the senior official in Metz station, took place five years ago.
