EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has spoken to the Italian government to the Conscience. If the country will get soon large sums of money from a predominantly debt-financed Corona-“re-construction Fund” of the EU, then it should continue the long-overdue reforms to the factory. In a video message to the participants of the Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, convened a conference on the future of the CDU-politician said: “We, the EU, borrow money for the first Time to our children. So today’s investments must bear fruit for our children.“ Von der Leyen added: “We are, as it is sometimes borrow our States deeds, money from our children, just for today, spend more.”
The EU Commission had proposed the end of may, a debt-financed construction program in the amount of 750 billion euros in the next seven-year EU budget. Alone for Italy, about 173 billion euros are provided according to the proposal of the EU-authority. Two-thirds of the total, would receive the Land as a donation, only a third would have to pay it back. For the utility, the EU would have to spend for the first time in the context of their household long-term bonds on the capital markets.
