North Rhine-Westphalia’s Prime Minister Armin Laschet (CDU) has canceled a visit to the crowded refugee camp of Moria on the Greek island of Lesbos for safety. Laschet had planned on the Tuesday after the visit to the Container area, a Visit to the so-called wild part of the outside of the camp. On the advice of the local security chiefs of the visit, the part was canceled in the short term. Previously, had gathered groups of refugees from Afghanistan and Africa, and chants of “Free Moria” caused.
