It is very difficult for one person to win the game alone without cooperating with other people. The eleven people on the football field need them to help each other, trust each other, and cooperate with each other. Only by making use of their respective strengths can they win the competition. In addition to rankings in this kind of competitive competition, what is more important is the spirit, a spirit of never giving up and never admitting defeat no matter when and where. Football can be a hobby or a profession. If you want to give awards to outstanding or progressive members of the team, custom soccer medals are a good choice. After 25 minutes, Mikel Arteta’s team broke the deadlock. Gabriel Magalhaes first reacted to Alexandre Lacazette flicking on inside the penalty box. Wolves attempted to respond, but they never created any meaningful goals. Gabriel Martinelli was dismissed after two fouls in the first phase. However, the home team saw their attempt at equalizer quickly disallowed following a free kick.

A big opportunity was created by the Arsenal 10-men. Lacazette’s run was picked out but Lacazette could not put the ball wide as he opened his body. Bruno Lage’s team had one more chance. Chiquinho smashed the ball into the six-yard box. Rob Holding cleared the ball. This result saw Arsenal move up to fifth place in the Premier League.

Positives

Despite some outstanding interchanging play, the Gunners held the home team at bay. This set the stage for Arsenal’s attack to be in a position to transfer the ball into Wolves territory. Solid team performance.

Negatives

Arsenal could have used their ball more effectively in attacking areas. After their first goal, they rarely looked ready to score. Lacazette wasted their best chance of winning the second half. Arsenal’s disciplinary record is rapidly improving with the Martinelli sending off.

Rated by 10 managers

Mikel Arteta 7 — Arteta made a positive team selection and deployed a balanced starting group with an equal amount of attacking and defensive strength. This allowed him to execute his game plan with confidence. Rob Holding was also well-timed and was a great addition to the team.

Ratings of players (1-10; 10 = best; introduced players after 70 minutes receive no rating).

Aaron Ramsdale , 6 – The goalkeeper saved well from an extremely close-range header, but was not tested enough throughout the game. Although it was routine, his best save in the second period was against Romain SAISS.

DF Ben White 6 —White seemed calm as he dealt the Wolves attacks. His flick-on in the danger zone was critical to Arsenal’s goal. The 24-year-old was able to defeat Raul James.

DF Kieran Tierney 6 — A mixed game for Tierney, who could not advance too far due to Wolves’ wingers threatening the entire game.

DF Cedric Sór, 6 — He struggled at times with the flair and wingers of Wolves, but he made no mistakes that resulted in a huge opportunity.

DF Gabriel Magalhaes 7 — The goal scored by the centre-back in December’s win against Southampton was one of the best in Arsenal’s corner.

MF Thomas Partey 7 — The 28-year old prevented attacks from building up centrally and was often the one who won the challenge with the ball.

MF Grandit Xhaka and 6 — The Switzerland International defended well, but could have been more precise with his passing at times. When Arsenal was reduced to 10, he worked well with Thomas Partey to keep the game tight in the middle.

MF Bukayo Saka 6 —Saka tried to press Wolves, and he made some very dangerous passes but struggled to find a consistent rhythm.

MF Martin Odegaard 7 — Incisive passing from the Norway international in attacking third quickly picked up Arsenal runners and often resulted with a team mate being in a position to pass a ball towards goal.

MF Gabriel Martinelli. 4 —Martinelli appeared threatening while breaking away, but his final decision too many times resulted in a turnover for possession. The inexperience of the 20-year old was evident in his red card for two fouls in one phase.

FW Alexandre Lacazette 7 — The 30-year-old was in isolation for the majority of the first period, but he managed to use the ball well when he had possession and got a crucial assist for Gabriel to end. Should have scored soon after Martinelli was sent off.

Substitutes

MF Emile Rowe, 6 –Ran confident on the ball, but could use more support moving forward.

DF Rob Holdings, N/R — Fast to clear the danger and understand the play extremely well when it comes time for Saka.

FW Eddie Nketiah N/R — Introduced to Lacazette in order to increase energy upfront and help Arsenal keep some form of press.
