Lukas Tulovic Suffers Unconsciousness and Head/Lung Injuries in MotoE Grand Prix Crash
More details about the health condition of Lukas Tulovic have emerged following a serious crash during the Italian MotoE Grand Prix’s first race this morning.
The incident took place on the opening lap when the Dynavolt Intact GP rider suffered a highside at turn 15 of the Mugello circuit. Immediate medical attention was provided, and a red flag was displayed.
According to the team, Tulovic was unconscious for a few minutes and was then transported to a hospital. Doctors determined that he had sustained a concussion to the head and a minor lung tear.
As a result of his condition, the German rider will remain hospitalized in Florence overnight. Fortunately, there is no danger to his life, and he is expected to be discharged tomorrow to return home.
