“It’s going to be more ‘wow’ than ever!” announces the technology giant Samsung at the event in which it has presented its new televisions with ‘Neo QLED 8K’ technology, powered by the new ‘Neural 8K’ processor.

For the occasion, the group had Cristina Pedroche as godmother of the new range of Smart TVs 2023.

These televisions will be available from 55 to 85 inches. They promise an image that rivals reality, through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Samsung’s proprietary algorithm analyzes and applies high dynamic range effects in real time, pixel by pixel, allowing for a more contrasted image.

Even if the content that the user sees is not produced in 8k, the AI ??remasters the pixels to create more sharpness as if it were 8k quality. In addition, the algorithm analyzes the image to create a realistic depth of field effect with ‘Real Depth Enhancer Pro’ technology.

Along with the TVs, the company has introduced new models of sound bars, with enhanced ‘Q-Symphony’ technology, which combine with the TV’s speakers to create clear, immersive sound that brings the content being played to life. playing.

The Neural Processor technology, also powered by Artificial Intelligence, analyzes and reproduces each sound signal, allowing users to enjoy their favorite content to the fullest. “Watching a movie is not like watching a football game. The sound adapts, and we will do this thanks to artificial intelligence.” says Nacho Monge, director of the Consumer Electronics Business at Samsung Electronics Iberia.

In addition, Samsung’s 2023 range of sound bars integrate seamlessly with the brand’s TVs, making it even easier to set up and use.

Likewise, Samsung is committed to inclusivity. All televisions in the new range include the ‘Relumino’ mode, which improves contrast, colors and contours, thus allowing users with vision problems to enjoy a better experience.

“Our vision seeks to integrate technology into people’s daily lives,” comments Dave Das, president of Samsung Electronics Iberia, at the presentation. “We constantly ask ourselves if our technology is improving people’s lives and we are committed to doing so,” he adds.

The new 2023 Smart TVs are perfectly integrated into the entire Samsung ecosystem through SmartThings, its smart home platform with which you can connect and control different household appliances from the mobile application.

SmartThings has been designed for security, which is why the new Neo QLED 8K models include a ‘Samsung Knox Vault’ that stores sensitive information such as PIN codes on an isolated chip that prevents unauthorized access.

In addition to bringing new viewing experiences and high-end sound to users, Samsung is committed to sustainability.

The company has worked in recent years to create products with a life cycle that is less harmful to the environment, such as the ‘SolarCell’ remote control, which does not require batteries and can be charged with sunlight and with radio waves emitted by Wi-Fi routers.

Likewise, several televisions in the Samsung Neo QLED 2023 range have received the “CO2 Reduction” certification from the Carbon Trust, a label attributed to a product whose carbon footprint has been reduced year after year.

On the other hand, consumers can control their energy consumption and their consumption habits anywhere and at any time, through SmartThings and the ‘AI Energy Mode’ function that can be activated from their phone or TV.
