A man who died after his pickup rolled over Friday on Loop 1604 North who police said had been having an argument with his passenger was identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner on Monday as Cory Steven Marx, 32.
San Antonio Police Department officers on the scene said witnesses noticed the truck speeding and moving erratically at about 4:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Loop 1604 North near Judson Road.
Airlife was called to help Marx, but he was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:34 p.m., according to the medical examiner.
A woman in the passenger seat was determined to be OK after the accident, according to police.
