Bischofswerda (dpa / sn) – A hybrid car in Bischofswerda (Bautzen district) caught fire when charging. The Görlitz police department assumed a technical defect and a total loss on the vehicle on Friday. Three fire brigades with a total of 13 comrades were involved in the night-time firefighting operation, it said. The car was due to be towed away on Friday for a closer inspection. The police were initially unable to quantify the damage.
