Munich (dpa / lby) – In downtown Munich, activists blocked a street and stuck there. As the police announced, 15 people sat on the road in the Brienner Straße and Odeonsplatz area on Wednesday. Most of them glued themselves to the road with one hand each, it said.
According to their own statements, the activists wanted to fight for the immediate abandonment of fossil fuels in the transport sector. According to the police, the action was over after about three hours. The people involved are therefore reported on suspicion of coercion in road traffic and violations of the Assembly Act. The police were on site with about 50 emergency services.
