Gründau/Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – An ATM has been blown up in the Main-Kinzig district. In the Rothenbergen district of the municipality of Gründau, a witness reported the explosion on Wednesday night, as the officials announced in the morning. The machine was in a container near a bank branch and was completely destroyed. The police could not provide any information on the perpetrators in the morning. It was not yet clear whether money was stolen and the extent of the damage to property. In the summer of 2021, the Gründau branch was also badly damaged by an ATM blast.
