Güstrow (dpa / mv) – Police officers confiscated a large quantity of suspected contraband cigarettes from a dealer at the weekly market in Güstrow. As a police spokesman said on Thursday, a clerk called the officials on Wednesday. He had noticed more than 50 untaxed packs of tobacco products in the vehicle at a greengrocer’s. The 31-year-old retailer stated in a survey that he “wants to give away the approximately 10,000 fags to friends”. But the officials didn’t believe him and went to customs.
