Because of the city (dpa/lsw) – patrol officers caught a drunk pedelec driver who was armed with a knife. The 41-year-old man was traveling with more than three per thousand in Weil der Stadt (Böblingen district), the police reported on Tuesday. Witnesses had reported the night before that a man had fallen and was behaving in a threatening manner. When the patrol car arrived, the man got back on his bike and tried to flee, but was then caught. The knife was secured.
