Krefeld (dpa / lnw) – The police shot a man in the leg in Krefeld. The 38-year-old had previously attacked the officers of a special task force (SEK) with a knife on Thursday evening, the police said on Friday. The man’s life is not in danger. The police had previously been called to an apartment building because of disputes. The man reportedly clashed with several roommates in the hallway and threatened them with a knife. He also threatened the arriving police officers. The SEK was then called in.
