Malliß (dpa / mv) – Two cyclists were hit and injured in Malliß (Ludwigslust-Parchim). The 78-year-old cyclist and his 74-year-old companion drove past a property on a bike path on Tuesday, from which a car suddenly rolled onto the street, a police spokesman said on Wednesday. The 78-year-old cyclist was injured so badly that he was taken to a clinic. The driver probably overlooked the cyclists, which is why the suspicion of negligent bodily harm is being investigated. All three vehicles suffered damage of several thousand euros.
