Hövelhof (dpa / lnw) – A driver hit four young cyclists when turning in the Paderborn district. They suffered minor injuries in Saturday’s accident. According to the police in Hövelhof, the four children aged twelve to 14 were traveling with a group from the Bielefeld cycling club when the 27-year-old driver wanted to turn into a property entrance from oncoming traffic and probably overlooked the group. Four boys were hit by the vehicle, fell and suffered minor injuries. The damage to the high-quality wheels was estimated at 40,000 euros.
