Jahnsdorf/Chemnitz (dpa/sn) – With a lot of luck, the 69-year-old pilot of an ultralight aircraft survived an accident at the Jahnsdorf airfield near Chemnitz unharmed. As the police in Chemnitz announced on Wednesday, the plane left the runway on Tuesday evening after landing for reasons that are still unclear and crashed into a fence. There was damage of around 60,000 euros.
