Großkrotzenburg (dpa/lhe) – The fire brigade extinguished a fire in an empty hotel in Großkrotzenburg early on Wednesday morning. The fire first broke out on the third floor during the night and had already spread to the roof when the emergency services arrived, the police said. The extinguishing work continued into the morning hours. The cause of the fire is still being determined. According to the statement, the police do not rule out intentional arson. The property damage is estimated at 100,000 euros.
